Extra ED Pack: Comprehensive Treatment for Erectile Dysfunction

The Extra ED Pack is a clinically-formulated combination therapy designed to address moderate to severe erectile dysfunction through a synergistic, multi-mechanism approach. This pack includes two distinct, prescription-only phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, allowing for tailored dosing and timing based on individual needs and lifestyle factors. Developed under strict pharmaceutical standards, it offers a flexible and potent solution for men seeking reliable restoration of erectile function, with the added benefit of choice between rapid-onset and longer-duration agents. Each component is backed by extensive clinical research and manufactured in FDA-approved facilities to ensure purity, potency, and safety.

Features

  • Pre-measured, blister-packed doses for convenience and accuracy
  • Includes detailed usage guide and physician consultation support leaflet
  • Produced in cGMP-certified facilities with third-party purity verification
  • Shelf-stable formulation with no required refrigeration

Benefits

  • Enables spontaneous sexual activity with flexible dosing options
  • Improves erectile rigidity and sustainability through dual-mechanism action
  • Increases confidence and reduces performance anxiety through reliable efficacy
  • Provides 24-36 hour coverage with the long-acting component for extended opportunity windows
  • Reduces planning stress through medication choice tailored to occasion
  • Supports overall sexual health and relationship satisfaction

Common use

The Extra ED Pack is prescribed for adult men experiencing erectile dysfunction of various etiologies, including vasculogenic, neurogenic, and psychogenic origins. It is particularly suitable for patients who require dosing flexibility due to variable sexual activity patterns or those who have responded differently to individual PDE5 inhibitors. The pack allows patients to select the appropriate medication based on anticipated timing of sexual activity, with the rapid-onset component ideal for planned occasions and the longer-duration component suitable for spontaneous activity over extended periods. Clinical studies show particularly favorable outcomes in patients with diabetes-related ED, post-prostatectomy cases, and those with mixed organic and psychological components.

Dosage and direction

Take one tablet of either medication approximately 30-60 minutes before anticipated sexual activity for the rapid-onset component, or once daily at approximately the same time for the long-acting component. The rapid-onset medication requires sexual stimulation for efficacy and has a 4-6 hour effective window. The long-acting component provides 24-36 hours of responsiveness to sexual stimulation. Do not exceed one dose of either medication within a 24-hour period. Take with a glass of water; may be taken with or without food, though high-fat meals may delay onset of action. Consult your physician for individual dose titration based on efficacy and tolerance.

Precautions

Do not crush or chew tablets. Avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice during treatment as it may increase medication levels. This medication does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases. Use caution when rising suddenly from sitting or lying position due to potential blood pressure changes. Not recommended for patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class C). Periodic cardiovascular assessment recommended during long-term use. Store out of reach of children and pets. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if erection persists beyond 4 hours.

Contraindications

Concomitant use with nitrates in any form (including amyl nitrite) is absolutely contraindicated. Do not use in patients taking guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat. Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any PDE5 inhibitor or tablet components. Not for use in women or children. Avoid in patients with severe cardiovascular disease where sexual activity is not advised, including unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, or life-threatening arrhythmias. Contraindicated in patients with hereditary degenerative retinal disorders.

Possible side effects

Most common side effects include headache (15%), flushing (10%), dyspepsia (7%), nasal congestion (4%), and back pain (3%). Less frequently reported effects include visual disturbances (2%), dizziness (2%), and myalgia (1%). Rare but serious side effects include priapism, sudden hearing loss, non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, and cardiovascular events. Side effects are generally dose-dependent and often diminish with continued use. Report any persistent or severe side effects to your healthcare provider immediately.

Drug interaction

Contraindicated with all organic nitrates and nitric oxide donors. Use caution with alpha-blockers (potential additive hypotension). Moderate interaction with CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole, ritonavir, erythromycin) may require dose adjustment. Potentiates hypotensive effects of antihypertensives. Avoid concurrent use with other ED treatments. Increased risk of hypotension with alcohol consumption. Inform your physician of all medications, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.

Missed dose

For as-needed dosing: take as soon as remembered if sexual activity is anticipated within the appropriate time window. Do not double dose. For daily dosing: take as soon as remembered unless it is almost time for the next dose, in which case skip the missed dose and resume regular schedule. Do not take extra tablets to make up for missed doses.

Overdose

Symptoms may include severe headache, flushing, dizziness, nausea, and hypotension. In case of suspected overdose, seek immediate medical attention. Supportive measures include maintaining supine position and blood pressure support. Dialysis is not effective due to high protein binding. Management is symptomatic with close monitoring of cardiovascular status.

Storage

Store at room temperature (15-30°C) in original blister packaging. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in a secure location away from children and pets. Do not use after expiration date printed on packaging. Properly dispose of unused medication through medication take-back programs.
